HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
  • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

MINORS

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13 due to offering online items for sale.

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

The Shop by TW Return Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days from the moment you receive your item(s). If it has been more than 14 days since the delivery of your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must do the following:

  • First, make sure the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Place the item in its original packaging with all tags (if any) attached
  • Contact us to request approval to start the return process
  • Once you have received an email stating you are eligible to start the return process, follow the instructions provided

Exempt Items: (if applicable)

Several types of items are exempt from being returned.
We do not accept items that have been discounted or discontinued, personalised, created custom for the customer, as well as swimwear, items that are intimate, or sanitary goods.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

Partial Refunds: (if applicable)

‘There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

To complete your return, we require details to confirm proof of purchase.

Please do not send your return back until it has been approved.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This can take up to a few weeks to process.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card to be certain it isn’t pending, as there is usually processing time before a refund is posted. If a few weeks have passed and it’s still not reflected, please use our contact form to get in touch.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please use the contact form (choose ‘returns’ as the topic) to provide details along with a photo of the defective or damaged item. Once the exchange is approved you will be instructed to send your item to one of our facilities. Please do not send your item back without an approval email.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver after we have received the item being returned. They will be aware of your return.

Shipping

Upon our approval of your return, we will send you detailed instructions for how and where to send the product you are returning. Please note:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £60 or $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
